Ticket Information

All visitors must have a valid ticket to take part in the Activities. No spectators will be permitted to enter without a ticket. We reserve the right to refuse a visitor’s entry if they do not have a ticket for that specific date and session time. Each ticket is valid for one person’s entry on the day and time which it is booked for. Tickets are non-transferable to another date or time unless they have been approved and rescheduled by the management at Camp Goldie prior to the start time of the event. Latecomers will be admitted for their session as long as they arrive within their start and end time, but we cannot guarantee they will get extra time to compensate for lateness. 

Rules

Visitors must abide by all guidelines, rules and signage whilst on the property. Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. We reserve the right to refuse admission or terminate a session early to ensure the safety of the dogs, staff and/or other visitors. We reserve the right to terminate a visitor’s session if we believe they/anyone in their party is/are mistreating any of the dogs and/or disobeying the rules. Failure to comply with rules may result in removal from the premises without refund. We do not allow other dogs to take part in the sessions in order to maintain the safety of our dogs, visitors and staff. We accept no responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to personal property. Cars and their contents are left at the visitor’s risk. We accept no liability for loss, theft or damage. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Guests may reschedule their visit up to 48 hours before their scheduled session by contacting us directly. Rescheduling is subject to availability. No reschedules will be accommodated within 48 hours of the session start time.

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations or no-shows. In the event of inclement weather, sessions may be moved into an indoor space. If a session is canceled by Camp Goldie due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will be notified via email and refunded in full to the original payment method. The decision to cancel a session is at the discretion of the owners and may be made at any time.

Photo & Video Release

I acknowledge and agree that photos and videos may be taken of me and/or my guests during the experience. I grant Camp Goldie LLC permission to use, reproduce, and publish these images and recordings for promotional and commercial purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media, printed materials, advertisements, and other forms of marketing—without further notice or compensation.

I understand that Camp Goldie LLC may edit, crop, or otherwise modify these images or recordings for creative use. However, I do not permit the resale or use of any media in a way that misrepresents, exploits, or harms me, my guests, or any associated parties.

Any misuse or infringement of this policy may be subject to applicable legal remedies under state or federal law.
